SAB Events & Governance Now Media Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for all insiders, designated persons, and connected persons. The closure, as per the company's code of conduct for insider trading aligned with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) regulations, will be effective from April 1, 2026.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the company's audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The date of the board meeting to consider and approve these financial results will be communicated separately.
