Rossari Biotech Subsidiary Approves Sale of Office Premises
Rossari Biotech Ltd announced that its material subsidiary, Unitop Chemicals Private Limited, has approved the sale of its office premises located in Saki Naka, Mumbai. The transaction involves a consideration of approximately 10 crore rupees.The sale is expected to be finalized by the end of Q2 FY27. According to Rossari Biotech, no business operations are currently conducted at the premises, so the sale is not anticipated to impact the company's or its subsidiary’s business operations.
The transaction does not constitute the sale of an undertaking as defined by Section 180(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 2013. Further details related to the transaction will be provided upon execution of the agreement.
