Roadstar Infra Investment Trust Receives Board Approval for Information Sharing Related to Proposed Transaction
March 23, 2026 – Roadstar Infra Investment Trust announced that its Board of Directors approved the sharing of certain information with prospective bidders participating in a potential transaction. This follows Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services Limited's (IL&FS) invitation for expressions of interest (EOI) concerning the sale of its investments in the Trust’s sponsor and related entities.The information, which may include unpublished price-sensitive information, confidential, and proprietary data pertaining to the Trust and its special purpose vehicles (SPVs), will be shared on a need-to-know basis and subject to confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements. Any information shared will be made generally available to the public at least two trading days before the completion of the proposed transaction.
Furthermore, the Trust has closed its trading window for insiders, designated persons, and their immediate relatives, effective immediately, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The window will remain closed until further notice.
