Real Touch Finance Limited Approves NCD Issuance and Loan Write-Off​

Real Touch Finance Limited announced on March 20, 2026, that its Board of Directors approved the issuance of unlisted, secured, 9.5% Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis and a write-off of outstanding receivables.
