Rane (Madras) Limited Announces Changes in Senior Management Personnel
Rane (Madras) Limited announced changes to its Senior Management Personnel (SMP) effective June 1, 2026, following a board meeting held on March 20, 2026.Mrs. Gowri Kailasam, currently CEO of the Steering and Linkage Division (SLD) and Light Metal Castings Division (LMCD), will transition into a new role as Executive Director, leading the Engine Components Division (ECD), Aftermarket Products Division (APD), and the Steering and Gears Division (SGD) of ZF Rane Automotive India Private Limited, a joint venture company within the Rane Group. She will continue as a SMP and report to the Chairman and Managing Director.
Mr. Aditya Ganesh, currently President of the Light Metal Castings Division (LMCD) and Strategy Head of the Steering and Linkage Division (SLD), will also transition into a new role as Executive Director, leading the Steering and Linkage Division (SLD) and Light Metal Castings Division (LMCD). He will continue as a SMP and report to the Chairman and Managing Director.
