Rallis India Ltd. Announces Trading Window Closure
Mumbai – March 23, 2026 – Rallis India Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window, effective Wednesday, March 25, 2026. This action is in accordance with the Tata Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the conclusion of a Board of Directors meeting scheduled to consider the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026.
