Rajputana Stainless Limited Signs MOU for Land Acquisition
Rajputana Stainless Limited announced on March 25, 2026, that it has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the proposed acquisition of land located at Revenue Survey No. 774/1, Khata No. 871, Village Padla, Taluka Shankheshwar, Dist. Patan.The land acquisition is contingent upon the completion of due diligence, the execution of definitive agreements, and the securing of any necessary statutory approvals. An advance payment of Rs. 10.45 Crores has been made for the acquisition, with the total consideration for the proposed acquisition amounting to Rs. 18 Crores, inclusive of Stamp Duty. Rajputana Stainless Limited will provide further disclosures upon the execution of definitive agreements and the transaction's completion.
