Raghunath Tobacco Company Ltd. (RTCL) has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. The restriction will be in effect from April 1, 2026, and will continue until 48 hours after the company publicly announces its audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.The date for the Board of Directors’ meeting to approve the audited financial results for the same period will be communicated separately. RTCL’s stock trades under the scrip code 531552 on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
