Radhagobind Commercial Limited to Hold Sixth Committee of Creditors Meeting
Radhagobind Commercial Limited announced the schedule for its sixth Committee of Creditors (COC) meeting, set to take place on March 30, 2026, at 4:00 PM. The meeting will be held at Baithussalam, Balankinar, Kattampally Road, Near Indus Motors Maruthi Service Centre, Kannur 670011 Kerala, and via video conferencing.Mr. Najeeb T P, the Resolution Professional, will chair the meeting as Interim Resolution Professional appointed by the Hon'ble NCLT, Kolkata Bench, vide order No. CP (IB)/71/KB/2025 dated October 30, 2025, and order No. IA (I.B.C)/90(KB)2026 dated January 27, 2026.
The agenda for the meeting includes:
- Roll call of participants and verification of quorum.
- Review of leave of absence requests, if any.
- Discussion of progress on the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) and actions taken by the Resolution Professional.
- Discussion of the provision of Revision of Resolution Plans.
- Consideration of any other matters pertinent to the functioning of the Committee of Creditors and the CIRP, with the chair's permission.
