Raaj Medisafe India Ltd. (BSE: 524502) announced the closure of its trading window for company shares. The restriction applies to promoters, directors, officers, designated employees, and their immediate relatives, effective April 1, 2026.This action is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the audited financial results for the quarter ending March 31, 2026, are declared.
