Quick Heal Technologies Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in company securities, effective April 1, 2026. This action aligns with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s internal code of conduct designed to regulate trading activities by designated individuals and their immediate relatives.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the company's audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026. The date for the board meeting to consider and approve these financial results will be communicated separately.
