The acquisition represents 0.13% of the company's total issued and paid-up share capital.Prior to the acquisition, Anita Rai held 1,17,83,143 shares, representing 18.27% of the total diluted share/voting capital. Following the purchase, her holding increased to 1,18,72,170 shares, representing 18.40% of the total diluted share/voting capital.
The total equity share capital of Kross Ltd is 6,45,09,422 shares with a face value of INR 5 per share.
