Prism Finance Ltd. Announces Trading Window Closure
Prism Finance Limited announced today, March 23, 2026, the closure of its trading window. This action is in accordance with the company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 2, 2019, as well as regulations outlined in the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.The trading window will remain closed from April 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the public announcement of the company's audited financial results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026.
