Prestige Estates Projects Limited Launches 5,120-Unit Township ‘Prestige Golden Grove’ in Hyderabad
Hyderabad, April 3, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Prestige Estates Projects Limited today announced the launch of Prestige Golden Grove, a large-scale residential development in Hyderabad’s Tellapur area.Located on 28.6 acres, Prestige Golden Grove will offer a total saleable area of approximately 10.36 million square feet with a Gross Development Value (GDV) exceeding ₹ 9,500 crore. The project will consist of 5,120 units, featuring 2, 3, 3.5, and 4-bedroom homes, along with 4-bedroom residences including staff accommodation.
Residences will range in size from 1,169 sq. ft. to 3,013 sq. ft., with estimated ticket sizes between ₹ 1 crore and ₹ 3 crore.
According to Mr. Irfan Razack, Chairman and Managing Director, Prestige Group, Hyderabad remains a key market for the company due to infrastructure growth and a robust economic base.
