Pune, India – March 23, 2026 – Precision Camshafts Limited announced today that its trading window for Directors, Promoters, Designated Persons, Relatives, and Immediate Relatives will be closed starting April 1, 2026. This closure will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the company's financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026.The move aligns with the company's 'Code of conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting Trading by Insiders' and complies with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, as amended.
Furthermore, in accordance with Exchange circular no - 20230628-23 dated June 28, 2023, Precision Camshafts Limited has designated NSDL as its designated depository and provided the information including PAN of Promoter(s), promoter group, director(s) and designated person(s) for freezing of PAN at security level from April 1, 2026, till 48 hours after declaration of Financial Results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026.
For the purposes of the regulations, an 'Immediate Relative' includes a Spouse, Parent, Sibling, and Child of a Person, any of whom is either dependent financially on such person or consults such person in taking decisions relating to trading in securities.
During the closed trading window, Directors, Promoters, Designated Persons, or their Relatives and Immediate Relatives are restricted from trading in the company's securities.
