Noida, India – March 26, 2026 – Praruh Technologies Ltd. announced today that it received an order from the Office of Deputy Commissioner, State Tax Department, Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, GST Range. The order pertains to a demand for goods and services tax (GST) related to the financial year 2019-20, including interest and penalty.

According to the order, GST amounting to INR 4,27,51,726/- is demanded for the financial year 2019-20, along with associated interest and penalty. The company received communication of the order on March 25, 2026.
