Pramara Promotions Limited Acquires Production Molds and Tooling

Pramara Promotions Limited announced the purchase of 417 sets of production molds and tooling, encompassing 42 consumer product lines, from Grani & Partners S.p.A. based in Italy. The molds, presently located in China, are slated for dispatch by the end of April 2026, with an anticipated arrival in India by the end of May 2026.

The acquisition will bolster Pramara Promotions’ promotional products business across various sectors including fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), retail, and quick-service restaurants (QSR). The move supports the planned launch of "Toy Works," targeting the second half of fiscal year 2026-27, and aims to expedite market entry with a proven product portfolio.

The product portfolio covered by the molds and tooling includes 3D figurines and collectibles, pull-back and magnetic vehicle toys, character figurines with scene/backdrop, mechanical (walking/wind-up) figurines, keychains, stampers, and novelty items. The company’s designs are approved by Original Product Authors (OPA) from global intellectual property (IP) holders such as Marvel, Disney, and Nickelodeon. Pramara Promotions is currently securing commercialization licenses for India. The company also holds 11 proprietary product lines that do not rely on third-party IP.

The acquisition establishes a strategic partnership with Grani & Partners S.p.A. Rohit Lamba, Managing Director of Pramara Promotions Limited, confirmed the transaction.
