Pradeep Sanghvi Discloses Sale of Sterling Powergensys Shares
Sterling Powergensys Ltd. announced that Pradeep Gorakhchand Sanghvi, a promoter group member, has disclosed the sale of 2,980 equity shares on March 19, 2026. The disclosure was made in accordance with Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, and submitted to the BSE Limited.Prior to the sale, Pradeep Sanghvi held 185,000 equity shares, representing 3.52% of the company’s total share/voting capital and 3.52% of the total diluted shares/voting capital. Following the disposal of 2,980 shares, his holdings now stand at 182,020 shares, representing 3.46% of the company’s total share/voting capital.
The total diluted share/voting capital of Sterling Powergensys Limited after the sale is 5,262,632 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each. The company’s total equity share capital/voting capital before the sale was also 5,262,632 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each. The shares were sold through an open market transaction.
