Power Finance Corporation Ltd. Approves Resource Raising and Declares Interim Dividend​

Power Finance Corporation Limited (PFC) announced on March 17, 2026, that its Board of Directors approved the raising of resources for the Financial Year 2026-27 through various instruments, including bonds, term loans, and commercial paper. The total amount approved is up to ₹1,60,000 crore, excluding funds raised under Extra Budgetary Resources (EBR).

The borrowing plan includes both domestic and foreign currency borrowings, as detailed in the table below:

The company’s Chairman & Managing Director is authorized to interchange the amounts amongst different borrowing sources within the approved limits.

Additionally, the Board declared a fourth interim dividend of ₹3.25 per equity share (32.50%) for the Financial Year 2025-26, subject to tax deductions at source (TDS). March 23, 2026, is the record date for the dividend payment, with payment expected on or before April 16, 2026. Shareholders are reminded to submit necessary documentation for TDS rate determination via a provided link: https://ris.kfintech.com/form15/forms.aspx?q=0.

PFC noted that dividend payments will be made electronically, and physical instruments like checks or demand warrants will no longer be issued. Members are instructed to update their bank account details with their Depository Participant or Registrar and Transfer Agent.

The Board meeting commenced at 11:30 A.M. and concluded at 2:15 P.M.
