Polycab India’s Acquisition of Uniglobus Electricals Completed
Polycab India Limited announced today, March 27, 2026, the completion of its amalgamation with Uniglobus Electricals and Electronics Private Limited. The move follows the approval of the Scheme of Amalgamation by the National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench, on February 27, 2026.The certified copy of the NCLT order was filed with the respective jurisdictional Registrar of Companies on March 27, 2026, making the Scheme of Amalgamation effective immediately. This brings to fruition the previously disclosed plan, initially announced on February 28, 2026.
