PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery Limited announced that Govind Vishwanath Gadgil and Renu Govind Gadgil, promoters of the company, have acquired shares in the open market.Govind Vishwanath Gadgil purchased 51,600 equity shares, increasing his holding to 10,56,662 shares, representing 22.22% of the company’s total share capital and 22.22% of the diluted share capital.
Renu Govind Gadgil acquired 34,000 equity shares, bringing her total holding to 10,45,000 shares, representing 22.18% of the company’s total share capital and 22.18% of the diluted share capital.
As of March 18, 2026, the total equity share capital of PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery Limited is Rs. 31,69,84,000, divided into 3,16,98,400 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
