This closure aligns with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results (standalone) for the financial year ending March 31, 2026.
