PC Jeweller Limited Partners with National Skill Development Corporation to Onboard Micro-Entrepreneurs
PC Jeweller Limited announced on March 27, 2026, that it has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) under the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Government of India. The agreement designates PC Jeweller as the Industry/Franchise Partner for the Gems & Jewellery Sector within the National Entrepreneurship Drive (NED).The NED initiative, managed by NSDC, focuses on employment generation, entrepreneurship, and local economic development across 15 sectors in India. PC Jeweller’s involvement as the Industry/Franchise Partner for the Gems & Jewellery Sector aims to develop and onboard up to 200,000 micro-entrepreneurs over a five-year period under the PC Jeweller brand.
This partnership provides PC Jeweller with an opportunity to expand its retail footprint and ensures dedicated development and scalability within the Gems & Jewellery sector.
