Paras Defence and Space Technologies Completes Divestment of Subsidiary Ayatti Innovative
Paras Defence and Space Technologies Limited announced the completion of the divestment of its entire 58.02% equity stake in subsidiary Ayatti Innovative Private Limited on March 30, 2026. The divestment, which follows earlier notifications on March 28, 2025, and December 26, 2025, involved the sale of 15,20,000 equity shares with a face value of Rs. 10 each. As a result of this transaction, Ayatti Innovative Private Limited is no longer a subsidiary of Paras Defence and Space Technologies.The total consideration received for the sale was Rs. 6,99,20,000. Unifab Ultra Technologies LLP is the buyer, and the buyer is not affiliated with the promoter group or group companies. The transaction does not qualify as a related-party transaction.
During the financial year 2024-25, Ayatti Innovative Private Limited contributed Rs. 1,18,01,314 to the consolidated financials, representing 0.32% of the total turnover. Its net worth was Rs. (3,37,45,744.64), accounting for -0.55% of the consolidated networth.
The agreement for the sale was executed on March 30, 2026, coinciding with the completion date.
