Panchmahal Steel Ltd. Announces Trading Window Closure
Panchmahal Steel Limited (PSL) has announced the closure of its trading window for designated individuals and their immediate relatives, effective April 1, 2026. This action is in accordance with the SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s internal code of conduct.The trading window will remain closed until the conclusion of 48 hours following the public announcement of the audited financial results for the fourth quarter and the full financial year ending March 31, 2026.
The date for the board meeting to review the audited financial results will be communicated separately.
