Pakka Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective April 1, 2026. This action aligns with the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Conduct for Insider Trading.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the audited financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026, are publicly disseminated. The reopening of the trading window will occur after the expiry of this 48-hour period.
The date for the Board of Directors’ meeting to consider and approve the financial results will be communicated separately to the stock exchanges. During the closure period, designated individuals and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in the company’s securities, in accordance with applicable regulations.
