Oswal Yarns Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for equity shares, effective Wednesday, April 1, 2026. This decision aligns with the company's adherence to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and its internal code of fair disclosure.The trading window closure applies to the company's Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Employees, connected persons, and their immediate relatives. The window will remain closed until 48 hours after the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, are publicly released.
The date for the board meeting to consider and declare the audited financial results will be announced subsequently. Aarti Sharma, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, communicated the decision.
