Oswal Leasing Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for trading in equity shares, effective Wednesday, April 1, 2026. The closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of fair disclosure.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the release of the company’s audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026. The date for the board meeting to consider and approve the financial results will be announced subsequently.
