Organic Coatings Ltd., a manufacturer of printing inks and allied products, has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, began on April 1, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026, are declared by the company's board.
