Ms. Rashmi is a Qualified Company Secretary with expertise in the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI (LODR) Regulations, and secretarial compliances. Her qualifications include a B. Com from IGNOU and a Company Secretary certification from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India in 2024. She possesses skills in drafting board and general meeting notices, agendas, and minutes, as well as experience in secretarial audits, compliance tracking, maintaining statutory registers, and managing regulatory documentation.
