One MobiKwik Systems Ltd. Announces Trading Window Closure
One MobiKwik Systems Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The window will remain closed from April 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026.This restriction applies to designated individuals, their immediate relatives, and other insiders of the company, preventing them from trading in the company’s equity shares during this period.
The date for the board meeting to declare the financial results will be communicated at a later time.
Ankita Sharma, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, announced the closure.
