One MobiKwik Systems Limited Appoints Anis Pathan as Chief Risk Officer
One MobiKwik Systems Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Anis Pathan as Chief Risk Officer and Senior Management Personnel, effective March 19, 2026. The decision, recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Risk Management Committee, was approved by the Board of Directors during a meeting held on March 19, 2026, commencing at 11:20 A.M. (IST) and concluding at 11:55 A.M. (IST).Mr. Pathan brings over 14 years of experience in risk management across banking, payments, microfinance, insurance, and financial services in India and the Middle East. He previously held leadership roles including Head of Enterprise Risk Management at Oman Arab Bank, Chief Risk Officer at Chaitanya India Fin Credit Pvt Ltd, and Chief Risk Officer at NSDL Payments Bank. Earlier roles include experience with Coface, ICICI Lombard, and Enercon India.
Mr. Pathan holds an MBA in Finance from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Engineering from Nagpur University. He is also professionally certified as FRM by Global Association of Risk Professionals, CISA by ISACA, and SCR (Sustainability and Climate Risk).
