
Omnitech Engineering Limited Reports Strong Q3 & 9-Month FY26 Performance
Omnitech Engineering Limited reported a significant increase in revenue and profitability for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. Revenue from operations for Q3 FY26 reached INR 134.4 crores, an 81.6% year-over-year increase. The company’s EBITDA for the quarter was INR 51.2 crores, up 112.4% year-over-year, with profit after tax at INR 22.23 crores, a 172.7% increase compared to the same quarter last year.For the nine-month period, revenue from operations totaled INR 362.6 crores, reflecting a 54% year-over-year growth. EBITDA for the nine-month period was INR 121.3 crores, an increase of 62.3% year-over-year, while profit after tax reached INR 50 crores, representing a 113.6% year-over-year increase. The company noted that margins expanded meaningfully during the quarter, with EBITDA margins rising to 38.1% from 32.5% and profit after tax margin increasing to 24.1% from 14.7%.
The company’s order book currently stands at INR 2,900 crores. Omnitech is expanding its presence in segments like gas turbines, defense, and aerospace to enhance technological capabilities and align with long-term strategic goals.
The company has acquired 60,000 square meter plots in Sanand, Ahmedabad, to secure land availability for future expansion beyond FY28. A proposed manufacturing facility is also underway in Chhapra. The company’s revenue mix by industry shows the energy sector contributing roughly around 54%, motion control and automation 27%, and industrial equipment systems 16%. North America contributes approximately 58% to the company’s revenue.
