Omaxe Limited Receives RERA Registration Certificates for Two Projects
Omaxe Limited announced on March 21, 2026, that two of its wholly-owned subsidiaries have received Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) registration certificates for respective projects.M/s. Omaxe New Chandigarh Developers Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary, received a RERA registration certificate for the "Integrated Residential Township Phase 6B" project located in Kharar, SAS Nagar, Punjab. The registration number is PBRERA-SAS80-PR1355-032026 and the certificate is valid until December 1, 2030.
Separately, M/s. Omaxe Garv Buildtech Private Limited, another wholly-owned subsidiary, received a RERA registration certificate for the "METRO CITY P-8B" project located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The registration number is UPRERAPRJ582769/03/2026 and the certificate is valid until October 9, 2027.
According to the company, these RERA registrations certify compliance with regulations, enhance credibility, ensure timely delivery, and foster trust with buyers.
