OK Play India Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons, connected persons, and insiders, effective April 1, 2026. This action aligns with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s internal policies regarding the fair disclosure of unpublished price-sensitive information.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the public announcement of the company's audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The date for the board meeting to declare these results will be communicated subsequently.
