NOCIL Limited Announces Closure of Trading Window
Mumbai – NOCIL Limited has announced the closure of its trading window, effective Tuesday, March 31, 2026. This action is in accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s Code of Conduct.The trading window closure applies to designated persons and connected individuals and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the Board of Directors approves the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026.
The date for the Board meeting to consider the audited financial results will be communicated separately.
