NMDC Steel Appoints Anurag Kapil as Director (Finance) and New CFO
NMDC Steel Limited announced the appointment of Anurag Kapil as Director (Finance) effective March 31, 2026. As part of this appointment, Kapil will also serve as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO).The change in leadership follows the cessation of K. Raj Shekhar’s role as CFO, effective March 31, 2026. Shekhar had previously held the position following his designation as Whole Time Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Person in May 2025.
