The Board meeting commenced at 06:00 P.M. and concluded at 06:45 P.M. Following internal discussions, it was approved that Mr. Vaibhav Chaturvedi would be appointed in place of Mr. Jai Prakash Maurya, as Mr. Maurya was found not to be eligible based on the Company's requirements.
