In Annexure A detailing the event, the company noted that it had previously appealed the adverse order passed by the Investment and Trade Court in Qatar before the Cassation Court in Qatar. This appeal was dismissed by the Court of Cassation on April 7, 2026.

The financial impact resulting from the adverse judgment by the Investment and Trade Court in Qatar, dated September 29, 2025, and the subsequent rejection of the Company's appeal, requires the payment of specific amounts. The company is liable to pay:

  • An amount of USD 1,370,000 (or its equivalent in Qatari Riyals).
  • Additionally, QAR 200,000 as compensation for damages, along with Court costs.
