Neueon Corporation Limited announced today that its trading window will be closed from April 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, are declared.This closure applies to the company’s Directors, Promoters, Designated Employees, Persons, and Specified Connected Persons, as well as its subsidiaries, in accordance with the Neueon Corporation Limited - Code for Prohibition of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
The date for the Board meeting to consider the financial results will be announced separately.
