Mumbai – NDA Securities Ltd. announced the closure of its trading window for designated individuals, effective April 1, 2026. The closure is in compliance with the circular issued by the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and regulations set forth by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) regarding insider trading.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the company's audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The date for the board meeting to approve these financial results will be communicated subsequently.
