NBCC (India) Ltd. Appointed Project Management Consultant for Seychelles Housing Project
NBCC (India) Limited has been engaged as the Project Management Consultant by the Government of the Republic of Seychelles for a housing and infrastructure project. The engagement follows the issuance of a Letter of Intent and in-principle agreement.The project involves planning, design, and procurement of 1008 affordable housing units, alongside associated infrastructure including a sewage treatment plant (STP). The total project value is valued at USD 75 million and will be funded through a Line of Credit (LoC) scheme by the EXIM bank.
