
Navkar Urbanstructure Ltd. Announces Trading Window Closure
Navkar Urbanstructure Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for company securities. The restriction applies to promoters, members of the promoter group, directors, Key Managerial Personnel (KMPs), insiders, designated and connected persons, and their immediate relatives.The trading window will be closed starting Wednesday, April 1, 2026, and will remain closed for 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. This action is in accordance with the provisions of Clause A of Schedule B and Regulation 9 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and SEBI circulars dated August 5, 2022, and July 19, 2023.
Designated persons, along with their dependants and immediate relatives, are advised to refrain from engaging in any transactions involving the company's securities during the trading window closure period. The date of the board meeting for the publication of financial results will be announced at a later time.
