Navin Chand Suchanti Acquires Shares in Sinclairs Hotels Ltd.
Kolkata – Navin Chand Suchanti, a promoter of Sinclairs Hotels Limited, disclosed the acquisition of shares in the company between March 17 and March 18, 2026. The disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.According to the filing, Suchanti acquired 53,968 shares, increasing his holding to 6.22% of the company’s total share and voting capital. Prior to the acquisition, his holding was 6.11%, representing 3,132,489 shares. Following the acquisition, his total holding stands at 3,186,457 shares.
The company’s total equity share capital is 5,12,60,000 shares of Rs. 2 each. The acquisition was made through open market transactions.
