National Oxygen Limited Announces Preferential Issue of Equity Shares​

National Oxygen Limited announced on March 20, 2026, that its Board of Directors approved the issuance of up to 9,50,000 equity shares with a face value of Rs.10 each on a preferential basis. The shares will be issued to Saraf Housing Development Private Limited, a company forming part of the Promoter Group, at a price determined in accordance with the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018.

The company also appointed CA S Dehaleesan (Registered Valuer number: [IBBI/RV/04/2019/11659]) as the Registered Valuer for determining the price for the preferential issue and opened a separate bank account for the purpose.
