National Highways Infra Trust (NHIT) has completed the distribution of Rs. 1.160 per unit to eligible unitholders for the period ended January 2026. The payment, which was previously announced on March 16, 2026, and March 18, 2026, was finalized on March 26, 2026.The record date for the distribution was set as March 20, 2026. Distributions for the months leading up to December 2025 have already been disbursed. The distribution is subject to applicable withholding taxes.
