National Aluminium Company Limited announced today, March 31, 2026, the cessation of tenure for three Independent Directors. The changes are effective as of March 31, 2026.The departing Directors are: Ms. Trupti Kamlesh Patel, Dr. Ajay Narang, and Shri Patel Sanjaykumar.
This announcement is made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
