National Aluminium Company Limited Announces Departure of Board Member
National Aluminium Company Limited announced the cessation of Shri Sanjay Lohiya's role as a Part-time Official Director on its Board, effective April 1, 2026. The change is due to his new assignment as Special Secretary, Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance.Shri Lohiya, who previously held the position of Additional Secretary, Ministry of Mines, was relieved of his duties within the Ministry through Office order No. A-22012/1/2021-ESTT dated April 1, 2025.
The change is in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
