Nakoda Group of Industries Announces Trading Window Closure​

Nagpur, Maharashtra – March 23, 2026 – Nakoda Group of Industries Limited announced today the closure of its trading window for designated individuals. The decision aligns with the company’s Code of Conduct designed to regulate and monitor insider trading, as per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) (Prohibition Insider Trading) Regulations of 2015.

The trading window will remain closed starting April 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the audited financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, are declared. This restriction applies to all directors, Key Management Personnel (KMP), designated persons, connected persons, and insiders, as well as their immediate relatives, preventing direct or indirect trading of company shares during the specified period.

The date for the Board of Directors' meeting to approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, will be communicated at a later date.
