Mysore Paper Mills Ltd. Reschedules Board Meeting
Mysore Paper Mills Ltd., a Government of Karnataka undertaking, has announced a change in the timing of its upcoming board meeting. Originally scheduled for March 25, 2026, at 3:00 p.m., the meeting will now commence at 12:30 p.m. on the same date.The agenda for the board meeting remains unchanged. Directors will convene to consider and approve the unaudited, provisional financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, as per Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement.
The meeting will be held at the company’s registered office located at # 32, 5th Floor, Karnataka State Co-operative Federation Ltd.'s Building, D. Devaraj Urs Road, Bengaluru - 560 001.
